Tony Llaya

Tony Llaya is a seasoned investment professional with extensive Private Equity and Investment Banking experience across Europe, the United States, and Latin America. From 2005 to 2012, he was a Direct Investment Professional at HarbourVest Partners in London and Boston, where he worked closely with Claudio Siniscalco on dozens of Buyout and Growth Equity co-investments, as well as several Mezzanine investments.

Since 2012, Tony has been based in South America, where he has worked on multiple Private Equity transactions as an M&A advisor.

In parallel with his professional practice, Tony is an Adjunct Professor at UCEMA (Buenos Aires) and UCC (Córdoba), where he teaches courses related to Private Equity, Venture Capital and M&A.

Tony holds a BSc in Economics from the National University of Córdoba and an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics. He has also completed the ADP at Chicago Booth and the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
